Kristine Holbrook joins HES’s global business development team
Employee wellness program leader Health Enhancement Systems (HES) announces the addition of industry veteran Kristine Holbrook to head company-wide sales strategy as part of the business development team.
Holbrook’s extensive record of success in employee wellness product and services operations, business development, and sales makes her uniquely suited to lead HES’s next phase of growth as they expand wellness challenge services throughout North America and around the world.
Starting as an account manager at MediFit Corporate Services, Holbrook rose through the ranks to become Senior VP, contributing to dramatic growth that led to acquisition by EXOS. There she led B2B expansion for 6 years and was promoted to Senior VP & General Manager.
“Among the most exciting aspects of my new role is I’m part of an organization laser-focused on being the absolute best in the wellness challenge industry — and not trying to be all things to all people,” explains Holbrook. “That singular commitment has earned HES a reputation for excellence in design, execution, and service.”
HES wellness challenges are delivered through clients’ human resource and benefit functions — directly to organizations as well as through industry partners. One of Holbrook’s primary responsibilities will be to develop new partner relationships with health plans, health management firms, and benefit consultants.
“Partnerships are the fastest area of growth for HES,” notes HES CEO, Dean Witherspoon. We’ve been extremely fortunate to be the wellness challenges solution for some of the most admired brands in healthcare and health management, as well as employee health and benefit consulting. We’re thrilled to have Kristine leading the effort to expand strategic partnerships not only because of her exemplary record, but also because her values of integrity, transparency, and client commitment align with what HES considers the bedrock of our success.”
