Kristine Holbrook joins HES’s global business development team
Employee wellness program leader Health Enhancement Systems (HES) announces the addition of industry veteran Kristine Holbrook to head company-wide sales strategy as part of the business development team.
Holbrook’s extensive record of success in employee wellness product and services operations, business development, and sales makes her uniquely suited to lead HES’s next phase of growth as they expand wellness challenge services throughout North America and around the world.
Starting as an account manager at MediFit Corporate Services, Holbrook rose through the ranks to become Senior VP, contributing to dramatic growth that led to acquisition by EXOS. There she led B2B expansion for 6 years and was promoted to Senior VP & General Manager.

HES wellness challenges are delivered through clients’ human resource and benefit functions — directly to organizations as well as through industry partners. One of Holbrook’s primary responsibilities will be to develop new partner relationships with health plans, health management firms, and benefit consultants.
