HES Wellness Challenges Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the wellness challenge applications provided by Health Enhancement Systems (HES), including but not limited to 10K-A-Day, Bloom, Chirpy, Coast to Coast, Colorful Choices, Good Nurtured, Health for the Holidays, Nourish, Right On the Money, Snow Wonder, Star Trak, Summertime, Sustain, Spring Into Motion, Worldwide Wellness, Walktober, and Work of Art.
General Conditions
HES reserves the right to:
- Alter these Terms of Service at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Service, we will notify you by email. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith, and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Basic Terms
- You must be 13 or older to use this site.
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other users.
- You may not use HES wellness challenge services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. (International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.)
- You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data that you submit, post, or display through HES wellness challenge services.
- You must not modify, adapt, or hack HES wellness challenge services, or modify another website to imply that it is associated with HES or any HES wellness challenge.
- You must not create or submit unwanted email, messages, or spam to any users.
- You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any destructive code.
- You must not, in your use of HES wellness challenge services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.
- You must use discretion when uploading photos. No offensive images are permitted.

While HES prohibits such conduct and content, you understand and agree that HES cannot be responsible for user conduct or the content posted, submitted, uploaded, or displayed through its services.
