How to Delete Your Bloom Account

Deleting your Bloom account is permanent. Once deleted:

  • Your account will be removed from our system.
  • All data, progress, and personal information associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

Desktop

  1. On your homepage, click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and click Settings.
  2. Click Delete Account at the bottom of the profile settings page.
  3. Confirm the action in the popup by checking the box and clicking Request Account Deletion.
  4. Once submitted, your request will be processed within 1 business day. You will receive email confirmation.

Mobile App

  1. On your homepage, tap More in the bottom-right corner and tap Settings in the menu.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
  4. Confirm the action in the popup by checking the box and clicking Request Account Deletion.
  5. Once submitted, your request will be processed within 1 business day. You will receive email confirmation.
