The Fall Tradition That Brings Global Teams Together
For Organizations with Teams Around the World
When your workforce stretches across regions, cultures, and time zones, shared experiences matter even more. A fall tradition that brings people together at headquarters can now extend naturally across global teams — without creating separate programs or different timelines.
With Walktober available in English, Spanish (Latin American), French, German, Italian, and Dutch, employees in different regions can participate in the same challenge, follow the same calendar, and celebrate the same milestones.
It’s 1 season, 1 community, and 1 shared experience — strengthened by the connections people build along the way.
These are the best participation numbers I have seen here. I could not be happier! We will definitely be doing more challenges with HES in 2026!

For global employers, Walktober isn’t new — it’s established.
Delta Air Lines has partnered with HES since 2014, making Walktober part of its broader well-being strategy across a worldwide workforce.
By walking every day my mental health improved and I started getting better sleep. Physically, I have more energy to get stuff done every day. I am so glad to have completed this challenge and look forward to doing it again next year.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do all participants need to use the same language?
No. When multiple language access is enabled, participants can choose the language they’re most comfortable with inside the platform.
What parts of the program are translated?
The participant interface and core program emails and announcements are translated. The overall challenge structure, timeline, and reporting stay the same for everyone.
Can different regions participate under 1 company account?
Yes. All regions participate within the same company challenge, so you have 1 shared timeline and 1 set of reports.
Is multilingual access required for multinational organizations?
Not at all. Many multinational employers run Walktober in English only, especially when English is the common working language. Adding additional languages is simply an option if you’d like to broaden access.
Can we request a language that isn’t listed?
Yes. If you need a language beyond the 6 core options, just let us know. We’ll provide a no-obligation quote based on what you’re looking for.
